Beginning Wednesday, July 8th, Assante started emailing clients with instructions to move their Assante Investor Online profiles to the new platform.
These emails are legitimate and are being sent from noreply@assante.com.
The current system remains available until the end of the summer.
We have created a step-by-step guide to help you complete the setup. Should you run into any issues, Barb or Taran would be happy to help.
Unfortunately, we are not able to email Account Numbers or Client Number/ Web Login IDs. Having a quick phone call protects your privacy.
